Promising review: "I bought my TIJN glasses from Amazon after I visited an eye doctor as I thought I needed to get my first pair of eye glasses. He said my eyesight is nearly perfect, a script couldn't be written, and directed me to purchase blue light filter glasses to counter screen-induced blurry vision, eye strain, eye twitch, and headaches. Bottom line — these glasses worked. I felt eye relief during the day, and experienced better sleep at night. I even began wearing the glasses on days I was feeling sleep-deprived (regardless of screen exposure), and felt relief from bright florescent lights. I received compliments on how cool they looked. I loved my pair so much, I started encouraging my friends who have similar computer screen exposure to buy them, and they experienced similar positive results." —Mehreen K

Promising review (for the infuser water bottle): "Love it, been using it every day. Since the infuser is full length, you can add a lot of fruit, cucumbers, and herb combos, I keep refilling the water all day and still get the flavors. Update: Six months later and I'm still in love with this bottle. I got it as part of my New Year's resolution to stop adding so many plastic bottles to our planet and to stop drinking flavored waters with chemicals. It's the first New Year's resolution I've ever kept, and do not foresee an end. I'd be lost without this bottle now, and it's also one of my favorite gifts or gift add-on to give." —Sannies

I was worried about using it on my temples and forehead because I have incredibly sensitive skin, but it hasn't made me break out or anything. It's a good level of dilution to not risk skin burns, and the addition of lavender helps calm my anxiety. I use this almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day if I'm really stressed. I've found that extending it down to my traps and behind my ears makes it work even better. 6/5 would always recommend." —E. R. Sutherland

Promising review: "This is the best thing you never knew you needed. I own a digital clock with the numbers displayed in red LED light, and every night I've blocked the light with a cover so it doesn't shine in my eyes as I sleep. OH MY GOD! This is a game-changer!! For the first night EVER I didn't have to cover the clock display before I went to bed!! I had no idea how big a difference this little dimmer could make, but I'm more than pleased with the result. Also the product is easy to remove and doesn't leave a sticky residue at all, which can't be said for most tapes. I did notice a slight lag in response when I covered my TV LED sensor, so if you're trying to block something that actually senses inputs I would maybe not suggest this. Other than that, excellent product!" —Amazon Customer

AND it's 100% cotton, so hot sleepers can stay cool.
Promising review: "This thing saved my back! My mattress was caving in and I could feel all the springs through it. This is thick enough that I can't feel those springs anymore, and it like you're sleeping on a cloud it's so soft and fluffy. I also love that it goes on like a sheet and covers the edges of the bed so it doesn't move around like a foam topper can. The material also protects the mattress from spills, which is great because I eat in bed on occasion and I'm a messy eater and spill a lot. Overall this was a great purchase. I would highly recommend this product!" —Randy A

Promising review: "I am a long term Kindle owner back to the first one with the physical keyboard and no backlight or touchscreen. My pattern since has been an upgrade every few years with the last being a Paperwhite purchased seven months ago. The Paperwhile is a great device, but this is better. I especially like the page buttons, the larger screen, and the warm screen settings. Since I read my books in bed I have already noticed that it is easier to fall sleep after reading. Promising review: "I suffer from bad sciatica. I asked my doctor about a pillow, and he said not to get it because it may or may not help and he didn't want me to waste my money. Well after a couple weeks I got desperate. I read all these reviews and ordered the cushion with the best ratings (within my budget). I was disappointed. My knees/ legs were barely apart. They were pretty much still touching. I saved the packaging so I could send it back. That night I tried it again just to give it a fair shot. THAT NIGHT WAS THE FIRST NIGHT I SLEPT THROUGH THE ENTIRE NIGHT IN SIX WEEKS!!! and it wasn't a fluke. A week later and I'm still sleeping through the night. My hips are no longer sore in the morning and it's not excruciating pain when I sit up in the morning. Don't get me wrong, I am still in pain especially when bending or stooping but the all-day 'just for no reason' pain has gotten a lot better. I have no idea how but this thing works. I won't even lay on the couch without it now." —Stacey Johnson

I basically chugged it (hot and black) and started work and forgot about it. Later, once the shift was less hectic, I realized I was calm and thinking clearly and focused. Normally I'm stressed and annoyed about something or everything but I wasn't. I was calm and focused. I didn't realize why for a few minutes and then remembered Four Sigmatic. I'm not saying every day is like this but I am definitely a fan and have just ordered the 10 mushroom blend." —Amazon Customer

Promising review (for the Calm app): "I used to use another app for meditation, but Calm has helped me take things to a whole other level. I feel like the Calm meditations go much deeper and I’m noticing a huge difference in myself after switching over. A few good stretches will gently signal to your muscles that it's time to wake up — bonus points for adding a few more reallly satisfying stretches with resistance bands when you step out of bed. BuzzFeed
Promising review (for resistance bands): "These are the best resistance bands that I've ever purchased. I've had them for awhile and they have held up to daily use by multiple people (my family). I love the fact that they don't feel like they have lost any elasticity. I use them three times a day and they have really helped. You gradually work your way up to different levels. This is a great buy if you need an exercise routine you can do from home. You can work every muscle in your body with these bands alone." —Cassie

Promising review: "I work in an office in a warehouse and many days, it stinks in there. It is also very dry. There were days this winter that my hair would crackle when I took my coat on or off! I bought this for my office and have been very happy with it. I use different essential oil blends depending on my mood, and I think it has dropped my stress level! It's small and truthfully I didn't think it would do much when I first got it, but I've been very happy that I bought this!" —Eve

As well as intense cycles where the dial is cranked up, there are restorative workouts and ‘back-off’ weeks. Here's a look inside the journey we'll take you on...
3 BIG TRAINING PEAKS
Your 10-week plan has three big training peaks. You’ll begin with regular 25-minute workouts with structured rest periods to build routine and stamina. Then, day by day and week by week, we crank up the dial – until week four, when you’re treated to a back-off week.
NEW CLASSES
The process starts again in week five with new classes to test both muscle and mettle – the intensity will ramp up and the rest periods will dial down.
GRADUAL PROGRESS
The phased nature of this plan ensures you won’t overtrain or hit a plateau and helps to reduce the risk of injury, as you’ll progress slowly from one stage to the next.
Can beginners do Sweat & Reset?
Absolutely. During the workouts you have two trainers: one to provide beginner moves, while the other trainer will offer more advanced moves for when you want to 'level up'.
This helps you build up your fitness and confidence.
Track your heart rate, reps and calorie burn in class by purchasing a Fiit heart rate monitor or connect to the app for free via Apple Watch and other trackers. This will help you chase the results you're after.
You'll also be kept motivated and accountable throughout the process.
